How many times have you been right behind someone who is texting–or talking on the phone for that matter– and they are in the left lane driving sloooow. You are on their butt and then after what seems forever they see you in their mirror and get mad that you are on their a$$. Getting out of hand. Will be interesting how this is handled in court.
