MIAMI (CBS4) - New radio transmissions shed light on the exchange between a Florida Highway Patrol trooper and an off-duty City of Miami officer after the officer was pulled over last month for speeding on the turnpike. This officer is a complete joke! Unbelievable! Trooper Donna Watts arrested Miami Officer Fausto Lopez early on the morning of October 11th. PALM BAY, Fla. – A video shows a father umpiring a scuffle between his son and another teenager, then repeatedly beating the teen after his son quits the fight, police investigators say. Gary Leroy Johnson, 35, has been charged with felony counts of aggravated battery and child abuse, as well as misdemeanor counts of filing a false report, affray and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Soon after the Aug. 19 incident Johnson posted a $35,000 bond and was released from jail.
