But depending on where you parked it, you might give up some rights in actually keeping it “private.” Police can place a tracking device on your car without a warrant, according to recent judgment in California. Losing a Case in Court, Not to Worry
New officers take their jobs very seriously. I mean, very, very seriously. As time goes on and experience and reality set in this seriousness lessens. Not that an experienced officer isn’t serious about the job it is just that writing traffic tickets aren’t a big deal anymore and losing court cases do bother us as much. Roger Barnett has had his house broken into, trucks stolen, cattle killed and property damaged by illegal immigrants crossing the border via his 22,000-acre Arizona ranch and in 1998, he decided enough was enough.So he began rounding them up at gunpoint and turning them over to the U.S. Border Patrol.
