Police catch carjacker after wild ride down Kennedy

SUN-TIMES MEDIA WIRE A man has been charged with allegedly carjacking a BMW on the Far Northwest Side on Wednesday morning, driving erratically at high speeds down the Kennedy Expressway, then crashing into a parked car just west of the River North area. The entire episode, from carjacking to capture, took less than 20 minutes.
