Detective Paul Reno Remembers His Grandfather In Video

Nice video of an Officer who sees his Grandfather’s name–and the Grandfather’s Partner’s name– on the Law Enforcement Memorial Wall. The story has a unique twist too. Detective Paul Reno of the Sterling Heights Police Department remembers his grandfather, Officer Hiram J. Reno and his grandfather’s partner, Officer Seymour Lawler, of the Detroit Police Department. Detective Reno recalls his first visit to the Memorial in 2001 and the emotional impact of seeing his grandfather’s name on the wall.
